Fitness at any Age

Fitness is the new buzz word for the Boomers. There is Curves for women in Roscoe and the YMCA in Roscoe for families. The Fitness Center in Rockton for people who need a very flexible time schedule. The Newest addition is North Pointe in Roscoe. This is brand new and is for Adults. The nice thing for me is that's where Dr. Lisek is and he is my Doctor. I will be reporting on my progress in North Pointe from the diagnostics to the Fitness side. We will be taking a dip in their pool on our travels to be sure.

Rumor has it that the "Y" has been doing something at the Greater Rockton Centre in Rockton.
