Tammy is another fine example of a small town girl. I remember her family in Roscoe IL. Sadly she is younger than I am. Hard work is no stranger to Tammy and she at one time worked at the Mayflower and I believe she met a cook named Pascal Cornieux. He is a French Chef and the food does have a different flair.

The Rockton Inn had been around for just about forever and unfortunately was sitting empty. Tammy and her husband Pascal bought and took the dark dreary interior and perked it up with a brighter island look when you enter.
